I share “nuggets” and inspiration in stories that entertain and inspire readers and friends. If you love stories that are diverse, that take you away for a little while, stories that are as real as the inspiration, then you are in the right place.
I started writing late in life, I was 60, but I have a lot to tell and can’t wait to share them all with you. I hope we can take this journey together. The stories I love and write all have a small part of me in each of them, making them unique, I believe all authors at one time or another draw heavily on experiences in their own lives. I think that’s why readers can relate to us and we to them; they see a small part of themselves or their dreams in the stories too.
I like stories that show the human element up close and personal, action that is as diverse as the people portrayed in them. My first novel, in the OBSESSED INTENTION SERIES, shares real life events in a fictional setting.

What things in your life have altered or turned you around 180 degrees or changed your path, way of thinking or led you to belief in God?
I grew up the last of seven children, five living, born to Jack and Evelyn Wimmer. As a teen I was what is called a late bloomer, meaning I experienced puberty a little later than most, my second novel series, THE MARKS BOY’S ROCK, is about a teenage boy experiencing that too.
It’s taken me years to realize how late blooming affected my decisions, altering the course of my life.
